How can I pay for my delivery?

We are happy to take Visa, Mastercard, debit and cash at the door and over the phone. We can also arrange auto pay for your convince – please give us a call to discuss this option.

Do you deliver outside the Bowl?

Yes we do. Please call us and we will discuss with you our delivery schedule.


I sometimes forget to order my meals. Can you help me to remember?

We can provide you with a weekly courtesy call to see if you need any more meals for that week. Please let us know if you would like this option. We can also set up a standing order and payment system for you and we will re-deliver to you on a weekly basis, no need to worry. Please give us a call to discuss these options in further detail.

How do I reheat my meal?

All of our meals are fully cooked and frozen. In order to reheat in your microwave, keep the lid on (we provide lids with ventilation) and reheat to your temperature preferences. Just like left-overs. We also find that the lids are easier to remove once the meal is heated.
